People
We purposely seek and hire “Purple Squirrels” (people with unique backgrounds and previous experiences that enhance a client’s event) as event staff, contractors, and vendors.
For example, one of our lighting specialists previously worked on Broadway doing theater production and lighting. One of our team building specialists created and produced team building activities for some of the largest companies in the world and our creative director has worked for the three of the best high-end design companies!
Processes
It’s not just what we do, it’s HOW we do it.
We have an objective driven process for managing events. We really dive into your motivation for having an event, understand its purpose, and truly internalize its goals to deliver a successful event.
Because of our processes, we’ve been able to create more value to our clients which includes our White Glove Service and Rewards Program.
Technology
We’ve invested heavily in our technology by developing and integrating powerful tools that enable us to provide online project management capabilities and billing/financial data so that we can provide real time access and 24 hr. information to our clients.
It also allows us to provide online and telephone based RSVP services to our clients.
