Event Planner Bio for Andrea M. Lyons

Andrea Lyons is the owner and founder of All About Presentation, LLC.

Originally from Ypsilanti, MI, Andrea studied supply chain management and marketing at Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, MI.

Her career started in client relations and planning working within the automotive, retail, and media industries.

After being recruited to Richmond, VA to work at a Fortune 50 consumer packaged goods company, Andrea implemented productivity enhancements to build relationships with customers and sales personnel. In demonstrating her professional skills, Andrea's responsibilities increased to include being responsible for global procurement and for cultivating relationships with suppliers whose spend was greater than $130 million annually. It was within this role that she found her niche in planning events for the suppliers she managed. Out of this experience, All About Presentation was born. First, All About Presentation began planning events for family and friends. Later, planning events extended to for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.

When planning, Andrea's major focus is on ensuring that every event is unique and on providing world class customer service. Her global negotiation experience provides clients with the confidence of knowing that their event will have the right vendors at the right price to handle the job required. In addition, Andrea supports her clients by having a strong project management background, creative and unique ideas, the ability to see the big picture from different angles, and to assess and incorporate a client's brand or personality and preferences.
